I got 4 most honourables. I reported 93 people and I assume 60 people reported me back. All in all it looks like it took an average of 12.33 days per checkpoint, meaning if you are honour level 0 checkpoint 0 right now it'll take about 100 days to get back to level 2, which is about 50 days per full level.

The length of time you're restricted from earning loot is relative to two things: Severity of penalty.
Honor level 0 So I've been at honor level 0 for around 2-3 weeks now and I'm still at "checkpoint 0 of 3" will I ever get out of it? I've played a lot too. I get that I deserved to be put at honor level 0, I'm not denying that but I think I've been punished enough man.
